Living in North Idaho, I have always had a deep connetion to the natural world. My joy is to reflect this beauty in my artwork. My fiber artwork is a unique outlet using natural fibers to create pieces. I use wool, silk, sheeps locks, and other natural fibers as paint palette. The techniques of wet felting, needle felting, machine stitching and handwork embroidery are my paintbrushes to create artwork, accessories and home decor. The result is a pastel like effect that is warm and colorful, full of texture and dimension.
